1. Delivery Method

All of our products are delivered digitally via email or through your account dashboard. After successful payment, you will receive your software key in an email along with instructions for activation.

2. Delivery Time

  • Instant Delivery: Most software keys are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, typically within minutes.
  • Delayed Delivery: In rare cases, there may be a delay in delivery due to payment verification, system issues, or high traffic. If there is any delay, you will be notified by email.

3. Checking Your Email

Please ensure the email address you provide is accurate and check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for the delivery email. If you don’t receive your software key within 1 hour, contact our support team at support@codocult.com for assistance.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also track your order status and download your software key directly from your account dashboard, if applicable.

5. Inaccurate Email Address

If the email address you provide is incorrect, we are not responsible for any issues related to undelivered keys. If you encounter this issue, please contact support immediately, and we will assist in correcting the delivery.

6. Failed Delivery

If there is an issue with the delivery or if the key is invalid upon activation, please reach out to support@codocult.com within 72 hours of receiving your key. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Product Availability

In cases of stock shortages, we may inform you of the expected delivery time, or we may suggest alternative products. We strive to ensure the availability of all listed products, but in the event of an unexpected issue, we will notify you promptly.
